Frequently asked questions

Download Navimask from the link attached in your welcome email you receive after purchase or from downloads. Once you download the application, you can access and connect whenever you want, just log in and choose the server you want to connect to.

Enter the Navimask application and select Servers  to choose the server you want to connect to. The Automatic - Best Server option provides you with the best available one.

You can do it from the Navimask application by selecting Forgot your password?  linkIt will take you to a page where, by inserting your email, you will be sent a link to choose a new combination.

To change the email address you registered with, go to Manage your license or click on this link.

Enter the application and select Contact. Here you will find a form where you can select the reason and a space for you to tell us about it in detail.

The Navimask application uses the OpenVPN protocol by default, but you can also choose between IKEv2 and WireGuard. Choose the option that best suits your needs.

Go to the Account section of the application and select Manage my licence.

  1. Download the Windows application.
  2. Go to the Downloads folder and open the file.
  3. Accept if a message appears asking if the application is allowed to make changes to the device. Click accept conditions and select the location folder. 
  4. Create a shortcut on your desktop if you wish.
  5. Check if you want to change anything you have configured so far. 
  6. Once the installation process has started you will be asked if you wish to install the Navimask software on your device. Click install to continue with the installatio
  7. Click Finish to complete the setup. 
  8. Create an account by registering on the https://www.navimask.com/ in the Sign In section, section Don't have an account? Choose the username and password with which you want to access Navimask.

Sí, Navimask continuará funcionando en segundo plano incluso si cierras la aplicación, manteniendo la conexión segura. Si quieres detenerla, dependiendo del sistema operativo que uses, puedes hacerlo de la siguiente manera:

  • En Windows: ve a la esquina inferior derecha de la pantalla, haz clic en la flecha hacia arriba ("Mostrar iconos ocultos"), busca el icono de Navimask, haz clic derecho y selecciona "Salir".
  • En macOS: busca el icono de Navimask en la barra superior (cerca del reloj), haz clic y selecciona "Salir".
  • En Android: abre la aplicación de Navimask y pulsa "Desconectar" o accede a la configuración del sistema, ve a "Red e Internet" > "VPN", selecciona la VPN activa y elige "Desconectar".
  • En iOS: abre la aplicación de Navimask y pulsa "Desconectar" o ve a "Configuración" > "VPN" y desactiva la conexión manualmente.

Si sigues estos pasos, habrás detenido completamente la aplicación de Navimask y tu conexión ya no pasará por el servidor VPN.
